1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Anxya Health (the “Service”), a product operated by Anxya Tech Private Limited (CIN: U62099PN2024PTC230490) (“we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts. You must provide accurate information and verify your email to activate your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Credits & Payments

The Service uses a credit system. Credits are consumed per generation and other paid actions. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices and package contents may change. Payments are processed by our payment partners; taxes apply per your jurisdiction.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All intellectual property, copyright and trademarks in the content you generate remain the sole property of you and your organization — not Anxya Health. Anxya Health claims no ownership or rights over your generated work. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

5. User Content & Marketplace (DMCA / Takedown)

Healthcare University lets users publish courses, certifications and other user-generated content (“UGC”). You retain ownership of your UGC and grant us a licence to host and display it. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you post.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, send a notice to privacy@anxya.health with: identification of the work, the infringing URL, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and a statement (under penalty of perjury) that you are authorised to act. We will review, may remove or disable the content, and will honour valid counter-notices. Repeat infringers will be terminated.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including generating unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, uploading data you are not authorised to share, or attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Anxya Health does not provide medical advice. Features such as Ask Anxya, Product Safety, HealthWiki and the Digital Twin are for general information and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified clinician with any questions about a medical condition. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here. Phone-based readings are wellness estimates, not medical-grade measurements. In an emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

8. Compliance Disclaimer

Anxya Health produces compliance-oriented outputs curated against frameworks such as HIPAA, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR and the EU AI Act, for guidance only. They do not constitute legal, medical, or regulatory advice, and Anxya Health does not hold any organizational certification (including no SOC 2 and no ISO/IEC 42001). You are responsible for independent validation before relying on any output.

9. Referrals

Referral rewards are granted only when a referred user completes a qualifying purchase, subject to anti-abuse checks. We may modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party providers (e.g., AI model providers, payment and hosting services) listed in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those features may be subject to their terms.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anxya Tech Private Limited, its officers, employees and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the arbitration provision below, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator, seated at Pune, Maharashtra, in English. To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and you and we waive any right to participate in a class or representative action. Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court.

14. Changes & Contact
